I finally updated the shop with 11 new colorways over 4 different yarns.  I had a big, purple bug up my butt apparently since almost all of them either are purple or contain purple.  It is my favorite color, but really, you’d think my muse could branch out a bit.

Samira is up in the shop, as is new fiber.  Great stuff, nice crimp, good staple length and superwash so whatever you spin can be tossed in the washing machine.  I’m going to be dyeing up more Isobel this week, it’s just so wonderful to work with.

I have some amazing yarn.  And when I say amazing, I’m talking roll around in it naked amazing.  This cashmere blend sock yarn is luxurious and gorgeous and astounding.  It felt lovely on the cone, it felt even better wound into one pound skeins for dyeing.  Seriously, you guys almost missed out.  I was ready [...]

I just added two new colorways to the shop. I’ve got 5 lbs of yarn ready to be dyed which will be happening tomorrow. The colorways are Shoved and Women’s Work.  Shoved is becoming one of my favorites even though I normally don’t go for pink.

In about 2.5 seconds the pound of Samira I was winding went from inventory to crap as it slid off the skein winder and into a puddle on the floor, hopelessly tangled. Urgh.
